Our Show Dogs
At Longvue Airedales, we are breeding Airedales that are descendents of several generations of our breeding program. One of our founding females was Ch. Bryn Hafod Tirra Lirra (Lulu) who produced Ch. Buckshot Volcano (Smoke). Smoke is the mother of Ch. Longvue Card Shark (Casey) who is pictured at top. In recent years, we have selectively introduced other quality Airedales into our breeding program such as Ch. Joval Royal Jewel at Longvue (Julie) who finished with Regional Specialty wins. Another of our pretty females - Ch. Walnut Ridge Bets on Longvue (Blaze) finished her Championship with four majors including two regional specialty wins (ATCNJ and ATCNO). Continuing the tradition, our current show dogs are getting noticed at the specialties. Our Jax kids who were bred by Joan and Bill Clarke went to the Airedale National Floating Specialty where Jessie swept WB all three days earning 15 points and finishing her Championship. Jaxson was WD and BW at the Specialty and WD, BW and BOW over ranked specials the day after the specialty. At the October 2011 Montgomery weekend, Jessie was awarded two Select female awards and an Award of Merit at MCKC. She is now a Grand Champion. Jaxson was Winners Dog all four days (Best of Winners 3 days) and finished his Championship. See "More Showdogs" for Jax and Joker's story.
